We are continuing to monitor the escalating situation regarding the Coronavirus Pandemic. The Safety of our Staff , Customers and members of the public remains paramount. We are taking precautionary measures (laid out by the Government) when we are attending calls. We are currently only attending emergency reactive calls until the severity of the situation is clearly reduced or instructed otherwise by the Government. Vital Installation work will also be carried out when safe to do so. Additionally all office staff are now working from home and able to carry out all tasks as before. Our customers should have precautionary measures in place prior to raising calls to ensure the safety of all.
We consider ourselves as ‘key workers’ as we work on life safety systems including (but not limited to) ;
- Epilepsy monitors
- Fire detection systems
- Dry and Wet riser systems
- Sprinkler systems
- Fire fighting equipment
- Warden and Nurse Call Systems
We want to reassure our customers that you can depend on us , making sure these systems remain operational during this period and beyond.
We fully respect the fantastic work that the NHS does especially at these demanding times. Below is a link which gives guidance on what you should and should not be doing during the Pandemic.
Please stay safe and think about others.
